How can I get refund for race tickets?
Can you please assist? Here is my dilemma and I am guessing many others find themselves in a similar situation. I am a keen racing fan and for years have followed BSB and MotoGP. As we know, due to the Corona Virus Pandemic all racing has been postponed. Quite some while ago (way before the pandemic outbreak) I purchased weekend tickets and camping for BSB at Oulton Park originally scheduled for first weekend in May (cost me £124) I also purchased tickets and camping for the Austrian MotoGP scheduled for August (cost me over £400) I have attempted to contact the establishments who I purchased the tickets from, but my correspondence has never been acknowledged. It feels as though they have stolen my money?! Can you advise me on how I can get a full refund.

I have done some research and regarding Oulton Park I understand:
all tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event. If you can’t make the rescheduled date or if the event is not rescheduled at all, you will be entitled to a credit or a refund. I imagine the same will apply to the Austrian meeting. It is likely the organisers are going through all the bookings hence the delay in getting back to you.
If you request but don’t receive a refund and you paid by credit card you could claim the money back from the credit card company.
You may also have travel insurance that could cover the Austrian event.
