£375,000.00 compensation for Lancashire Biker

Mr H was riding his motorcycle along the A6 in Carnforth, near the Pine Lodge Lake Roundabout when a car pulled out into his path. Mr H was thrown from his bike and airlifted to hospital.

He sustained complex polytrauma including a moderately severe brain injury with ongoing cognitive issues and an increased risk of epilepsy, a fractured jaw, a fractured eye socket, a fractured nose, tooth loss, a fractured shoulder, a fractured pelvis, a fractured femur, a fractured back and a fractured foot.

When he was discharged from hospital Mr H instructed Andrew Campbell at Bikelawyer.

Liability was investigated and found to be 100% in favour of Mr H.

Medical reports were obtained from a neurologist, neuropsychologist, orthopaedic surgeon and maxillo facial surgeon. Bikelawyer investigated the value of his claim and following negotiations with the Defendant the claim settled for £375,000.
