£350,000 for injured biker hit head-on by Mercedes driver

Mr S was riding his motorbike along a single carriage road when the defendant’s Mercedes drifted into the oncoming lane resulting in our client. The Defendant initially disputed liability but this was quickly established in our client’s favour.

Mr S suffered a broken leg, fracture of the right elbow, and a crush injury to his right foot. He also suffered from psychiatric reaction to the accident.

His injuries caused ongoing pain, particularly in cold weather which restricted the work he could do.

Bikelawyer obtained a number of interim payments while the claim was progressing before settling the claim for £350,000.
