£330,000 for Diesel Spill Rider

Ms S lost control of her motorcycle on a diesel spill, which caused significant injuries to her left shoulder.

Despite two surgeries and multiple steroid injections, Ms S was left with permanent symptoms in the shoulder which meant that she would never be able to return to working as a photographer.

Bikelawyer submitted the claim to the Motor Insurers’ Bureau under the Untraced Drivers’ Agreement’ and, following negotiations, settled Ms S’ claim for over £330,000.
