£250,000 for injured biker
Mr G was riding his motorcycle in rush hour traffic in Surrey in 2018. He was filtering past a line of traffic when a car emerged out of a junction to his left causing him to take evasive action.
He sustained very serious leg fractures and was in an external fixator frame for 3 years. Fortunately he was able to continue his work as an engineer. Bikelawyer arranged for intensive rehabilitation for Mr G which greatly assisted his recovery. Bikelawyer’s Andrew Campbell settled Mr G’s case for £250,000 after a 25% deduction for contributory negligence for filtering on the approach to a junction and riding through hatchings.
