£117,000 Compensation for injured rider
Mr H was riding his motorcycle in London (SW9) when the Defendant turned right across his path, causing a collision.
He sustained serious injuries including a broken right knee cap, broken ribs and a soft-tissue injury to his ankle.
Most of Mr H’s symptoms resolved however the soft-tissue injury to his ankle developed into a chronic pain condition which affected his ability to work.
Bikelawyer arranged for a rehabilitation programme for Mr H at no cost to him, and obtained interim payments (advances on his compensation) throughout the claim, which eased his financial burden while he was off work.
The case eventually settled for £117,000.00.
