£150,000 for Gloucestershire biker

Mr B came off his motorcycle in July 2015 when he tried to avoid a bumper in a dual carriageway which had come off a car which had lost control moments earlier. The driver of the car claimed he suffered a tyre blow out, an argument we proved was not the case by using the tyre and accident investigation expert Mr Price who dealt with the Diana, Princess of Wales crash investigation in Paris.

Mr B sustained very severe leg injuries and was lucky to keep his leg. He required years of surgery.

The case settled prior to a 5 day trial which was listed at Bristol County Court.
