£515,000 for biker with multiple injuries

Mr M was riding his motorcycle behind a Range Rover along the main carriageway. The Defendant pulled out of a side-road into the path of the Range Rover, which had to perform an emergency stop to avoid a collision. Mr M decided that his motorcycle would not be able to out-brake the Range Rover and so pulled around it, into an unfortunate collision with the Defendant’s vehicle.

Mr M suffered from a fractured pelvis; a left testicle rupture; twisted bowels; psychological injuries and a minor head injury. His injuries will prevent him from ever returning to the manual type of work he did before the accident.
