If you are in any way dissatisfied with our services, or about your bill, or have any suggestions as to how our service to you could be improved, please contact in the first instance Andrew Campbell. If he cannot resolve the matter to your satisfaction please then request a copy of our formal complaints procedure.  In addition, if for any reason we are unable to resolve any problem between us, you are entitled to ask Legal Complaints Service (“LCS”) to consider the complaint. Please be aware that the Office for Legal Complaints (“OCS”) will be taking over the role of the LCS in the second half of 2010 at which stage any complaint you may have will be handled by the OLC.
